Digital publishing in "desktop era"
That's right: over 60% of digital media consumption happens on mobile devices... with over 50% on apps! And let's remember that digital publication industry has only been around since 2010 (it was also the birth year of the iPad - the first modern tablet). People have had just 5 years to change their reading habits and understand the underlying technologies. And this is all mainstream: our moms, uncles and neighbors are better and better with mobile devices and apps. People understand them better!
